Serving in youth ministry for almost 10 years, Zac has been the catalyst leading Next Level Youth, the revolutionary youth ministry arm of Casey Treat Ministries.

Since Zac took the reigns of Next Level Youth in 2004, NXL has grown from 75 to now reaching 600+ young people in two simultaneous locations in the Seattle area every week. 

He is a sought after youth communicator who travels extensively speaking at Conferences, Church Services, Camps, Leadership Events and Youth Ministries.  His message is relevant and humorous. Zac’s fun and captivating communication style will have you laughing while you’re growing. 

Zac's heart for Youth Pastors being successful in their calling has lead to great opportunities and relationship with youth ministries across America.  Recently honored to be asked to partner with Ron Luce and Acquire The Fire, Youth Pastors Conferences (www.atfconference.com) to help Youth Leaders to build lasting youth ministry that will reach our nations youth.  As well as partnering with Pastor Warren Beemer and Third Day Generation (www.warrenbemmer3dg.com) networking youth pastors for greater impact.

His recent battle with kidney failure has allowed him the opportunity to minister in new areas, even being featured in a nationally released magazine with his testimony of God's amazing grace bringing him victory and strength.

Zac and Jennifer Gandara live in Federal Way, WA.  Enjoy shopping and being with friends and family.  As well as their two dogs that bring them much joy and laughter.  And...Yes they will be having children in the near future.
